Nikki’s passion for metabolic health drives her to help people focus on well-being rather than quick fixes, because while health doesn’t always equal weight loss, improving health can naturally support it. Her mission is to cut through the confusion, provide practical tools, and guide you toward building habits that last.

Why Choose Nikki?
Nikki believes that nutrition is deeply personal and should never be approached with a one-size-fits-all mindset. Every body, lifestyle, culture, and preference is unique — and so the way we nourish ourselves should be too.
- Science: Grounded in evidence, not trends
- Compassion: Supportive, respectful, and judgment-free
- Practicality: Realistic strategies that fit real life
For Nikki, food is more than just fuel, it’s culture, connection, and celebration. She supports clients in making sustainable, enjoyable changes that respect individuality and align with long-term health goals.
Nikki’s passion for nutrition began with a curiosity about how food influences mood, energy, and health. Through her own personal transformation — both physically and mentally — she witnessed the power of nutrition and mindset shifts firsthand.
Her academic and professional training includes:
- BSc (Hons) Nutrition – University of Surrey
- Practitioner skills in eating disorders & psychological interventions for obesity – The National Centre for Eating Disorders
- Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling – Chichester University, plus further diplomas in CBT and NLP approaches
Nikki has worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, including busy professionals, families, and young adults, each with their own unique health goals and challenges.

Metabolic health is central to Nikki’s work. It’s not just about weight — it’s about how the body regulates energy, blood sugar, and balance across all systems.
By supporting metabolic health, clients can:
- Improve energy and mood

- Reduce risk of chronic conditions
- Enhance long-term vitality
As Nikki often explains: weight doesn’t equal health — but improving health can naturally support weight management.
Nikki welcomes clients of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. Her practice is inclusive, body-positive, and rooted in self-compassion, honouring diversity while creating a safe, supportive space for change.
She works with people who want to:
